Custom Packaging
Custom packaging covers printed flexible formats built to your artwork and barrier needs. Structures include flat bottom, stand up, three-side-seal, spout, side gusset, rollstock and shaped bags. Materials range from PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE to kraft laminates, mono-material PE or PP recyclable, and PLA/PBS compostable options. These formats protect against moisture, oxygen, light and handling damage. Coffee roasters, snack brands, pet food makers, tea brands and contract manufacturers use them. A practical trade-off: digital printing starts at 100 pouches or 10 kg of film, but rotogravure needs 10,000 pouches or 200 kg, so small runs and low-cost unit pricing do not overlap.
