Flat Bottom Pouches

Flat bottom pouches stand upright on the shelf and hold their shape as the fill level drops. They are built from laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, kraft paper, or mono-material PE and PP for recyclability. These structures block moisture, oxygen, and light, which protects coffee, snacks, pet food, and tea. Optional one-way degassing valves, zippers, and tear notches add function. Coffee roasters and snack brands choose them for the stable, premium look on shelf. The trade-off is that flat bottom pouches use more material and cost more per unit than stand up pouches of the same volume.
