This pet food bag is built as a flat bottom, side gusset, or stand-up pouch. The standard structure is 140-micron PET/PE, a two-layer laminate that gives stiffness for shelf presence and a moisture barrier for dry kibble and treats. The outer PET layer holds print and resists scuffing; the inner PE layer seals through crumbs and fine powder. Thickness and material can be adjusted for heavier fills or higher barrier needs.

Use it for dry dog food, biscuits, jerky, and training treats. Flat bottom bags stand unsupported and stack well on pallets; side gusset bags hold more volume for larger weights; stand-up pouches work on smaller retail packs. Filling is typically through the top opening on form-fill-seal or pre-made pouch lines, with a fin or lap seal. A zipper suits resealable treats, a window shows product, and a valve is not standard on dry pet food but can be added for fermented or high-fat items. PET/PE handles most dry goods well; for long shelf life or strong odour control, a foil or metallised laminate is more reliable. Recyclable mono-PE is an option when the filling line runs at lower speeds and barrier demands are modest.
