What is the minimum order quantity for vacuum & retort pouches?
Digital printing starts at 100 pouches. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pouches or 200 kg of film. If you need a printed label on stock packaging, that is also an option with no printing MOQ on the pouch itself.
What lead time should I expect?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days; rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval. Shipping time depends on your location and method. We ship worldwide by air and sea, with DDP available.
Which material is best for my product?
It depends on your process and barrier needs. For retort, foil or metallised laminates are common. For recyclable options, PE and PP mono-material are available. Compostable materials are also offered. Tell us your fill weight, process temperature, and shelf life target, and we will recommend a structure.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, we provide free stock samples; you only cover the courier cost. If you need a custom printed sample, we can produce it after artwork approval, but it may incur a fee and additional lead time. Contact us with your specifications.
