Barrier: a clear mono-material PE or PP pouch is fine for dry, non-sensitive masks, while foil or metallised laminate is the better choice when the product is sensitive to moisture or light. Closure: a zipper for repeat use, or a plain seal with a tear notch for single-use. Size: driven by the folded mask dimensions and the pack count. What is the minimum order quantity for printed face mask pouches?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a design, digital is the lower-risk route. Tell us your pack count and artwork status and we will confirm which process fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days, rotogravure 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from order date. Add shipping time on top: air or sea from Foshan, with DDP available. If you have a fixed launch date, send it with your enquiry so we can confirm feasibility.
Which material should I choose for face mask packaging?
For dry, non-sensitive masks, recyclable PE or PP mono-material or kraft paper is usually enough. For masks sensitive to moisture or light, a foil or metallised high-barrier laminate is the better choice, though it is not recyclable. Compostable options exist. Send us the product and storage conditions and we will recommend one.
How do I choose the pouch size?
Size follows the folded mask dimensions and the number of masks per pack. Send us the folded length, width and thickness, plus the pack count, and we will match it to a stock size or make a custom one. If you already have a sample mask, posting it to us is faster than measuring.
