Recyclable Mono-Material
Recyclable mono-material packaging is made from a single polymer so it can go into a recycling stream instead of a landfill. This overview covers the formats we make: stand-up pouches, flat bags, rollstock film and labels. Buyers use them for coffee, snacks, supplements, cosmetics and general retail goods. Three decisions drive the spec. First, material: recyclable PE or PP mono-material, or a compostable or kraft paper alternative if recycling is not the goal. Second, barrier: mono-material gives a moderate barrier, and a foil or metallised laminate is sometimes the better choice for sensitive products, though it is not recyclable. What is the minimum order quantity?
For digital printing, MOQ is 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are below those numbers, a printed label on stock unprinted packaging is the other route.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both count from artwork approval. Add shipping time from our factory in Foshan, Guangdong, by air or sea. DDP is available if you want the freight handled.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on what you pack and how long it needs to sit on a shelf. Mono-material PE or PP suits dry goods and shorter shelf life. For sensitive products, a foil or metallised laminate is sometimes the better choice, but it is not recyclable. Tell us the product and fill weight and we will recommend.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free, and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample, that moves into a short digital run. Send your artwork or a rough layout and we will confirm what can be sampled and how long it takes.
