If you are testing a new edible line, digital is the lower-risk route. Tell us your SKU count and fill weight and we will confirm which printing method fits your quantity.
How do I choose between foil, recyclable PE, and compostable material?
Foil and metallised laminates give the highest barrier against oxygen, moisture, and light, which suits edibles with oils or long shelf life. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material work for dry, shelf-stable products where recyclability matters. Compostable options are available for brands that need that end-of-life route. Send us your product type and expected shelf life and we will recommend a material.
What is the lead time for a custom order?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from order date. If you have a launch date, tell us and we will confirm whether digital or rotogravure keeps you on schedule. Shipping is by air or sea from Foshan, with DDP available.
Can I get a sample before I commit to a full run?
Yes. We provide free stock samples and you cover the courier cost. Stock samples let you check the child resistant closure, the zipper feel, and the pouch dimensions before printing. If you need a printed sample with your artwork, tell us your design and we will quote the setup. Send your address and we will arrange dispatch.
