Pouches & bags cover the flexible formats most small brands pack in: stand-up pouches, flat pouches, side-gusset bags, rollstock film and stock bags with a printed label. They hold coffee, snacks, supplements, powders, tea and cosmetics. You have three decisions to make: barrier level, closure type and size. Material follows from those. Barrier ranges from a recyclable PE or PP mono-material to a foil or metallised laminate for sensitive products, with kraft paper and compostable options in between. What is the minimum order quantity?
For pouches and bags, digital printing starts at 100 pcs. For rollstock film, digital starts at 10 kg. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are below those numbers, a printed label on stock packaging is an option.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from order date. Shipping time by air or sea is separate and depends on destination. DDP is available if you want it handled.
How do I choose the right size and material?
Send the product, fill weight and quantity. Size depends on fill weight and how much headspace the product needs. Material depends on barrier requirement: foil or metallised laminate for sensitive products, recyclable PE or PP mono-material where recyclability matters, kraft paper or compostable where those are the priority.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample of your own artwork, tell us the format, material and size and we will confirm what is possible and the cost before proceeding.
