Flat bottom coffee bag with one-way degassing valve, 120 micron matte film/aluminized/PE, high barrier for roasted beans and ground coffee.
This flat bottom bag is built for roasted coffee. The 120 micron structure combines a matte film outer layer, an aluminized barrier layer and a PE sealant layer. The flat base lets the filled bag stand squarely on the shelf. The aluminized layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, which slows staling. A one-way degassing valve releases carbon dioxide from freshly roasted beans without letting air back in. The bag can also be made as a side gusset bag if you prefer that format.
Use it for whole bean or ground coffee, from 250 g retail packs to 1 kg bags. On filling lines, the flat bottom opens wide and holds its shape, so fillers and sealers run at normal speed. The valve is fitted during converting, so no extra step on your line. A zipper suits bags that will be opened and closed many times. A window is possible but it removes part of the barrier, so keep it small or skip it for dark roasts. If you need recyclability, a mono-material PE structure is an option, but it gives less oxygen barrier than this foil laminate. For long shelf life or export by sea, stay with the aluminized build.

Can this bag be filled on an automatic filling line?
Yes. The flat bottom opens wide and stands upright during filling, which suits common auger and weigh-filler setups. The degassing valve is already fitted, so your line only needs to fill and seal the top.
Is the aluminized layer enough for long shelf life?
It gives good light and moisture barrier, but oxygen barrier is lower than a pure aluminium foil laminate. For 6 to 12 months of shelf life, especially with ground coffee, confirm the target with your packaging supplier. For shorter turnover, it performs well.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
Digital print runs start at 100 pcs for pouches with a 10-15 working day lead time after artwork approval. Rotogravure printing starts at 10,000 pcs and takes 20-25 working days. Stock pouch samples are free; you pay courier only.
