What is the minimum order for frozen food pouches?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new sauce or frozen line, digital is the lower-risk route; we can move you to rotogravure once volumes justify it.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days, rotogravure 20-25 working days, both counted from artwork approval. Add shipping time from Foshan by air or sea. If you have a fixed launch or retail reset date, tell us and we will confirm whether the schedule fits.
Which material should I choose for frozen sauce or broth?
It depends on the barrier the product needs and how it will be sold. Foil or metallised laminates give the highest protection for oxygen-sensitive sauces. PE and PP mono-material are the recyclable route. Compostable and kraft paper options also exist. Send the product, fill weight and shelf-life target and we will recommend a structure.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample in your own artwork, that runs as a small digital order. Tell us the pouch format, closure and approximate fill weight so we send the closest match.
