What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed pouches?
Digital printing starts from 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or from 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure printing starts from 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new product, digital is usually the lower-risk route.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days and rotogravure 20-25 working days, both counted from artwork approval. Add shipping time on top. Air and sea are both available, and DDP can be arranged.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on what you are packing. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material suit many dry goods. Compostable and kraft paper work where the material story matters. Foil or metallised high-barrier laminates are sometimes the better choice for sensitive products. Tell us your product and we will recommend.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample that matches your artwork, send us the design and we will confirm what is possible and the cost.
