Stand Up Fabric Softener Spout Pouches Liquid Fill Pouch Packaging

This stand-up spout pouch is built from a three-layer laminate: PET on the outside, NY in the middle, and RCPP on the inside. The PET layer provides stiffness and printability, the NY layer adds puncture and flex-crack resistance, and the RCPP layer gives a heat-sealable, liquid-contact-safe surface. At 120 micron, the film is thick enough to hold its shape on a shelf and resist the stress of a filled pouch. The structure blocks oxygen and moisture, so the contents keep their scent and performance over time.

These pouches are used for fabric softener, laundry detergent, and similar liquids. They run on standard form-fill-seal lines with a spout inserter, or they can be supplied pre-made with the spout and cap already fitted. For filling, the spout sits at the top or corner, and the pouch is sealed below the spout. A corner spout helps with pouring control. If you need a more recyclable option, a mono-material PE structure can replace the foil-free laminate, but it will not match the oxygen barrier of PET/NY/RCPP. A zipper or window is less common on liquid packs; the spout and cap do the dispensing work.
