Flat pouches are sealed on three sides with no gusset, so they lie flat and stack well. They pack single-serve snacks, coffee, tea, powders, supplements, samples and cosmetics. Three decisions matter most: barrier level, closure type, and size. If your product is sensitive to oxygen or moisture, a foil or metallised laminate gives the highest barrier. For recyclable packaging, PE or PP mono-material is the option. For compostable, home and industrial compostable films are available. What is the minimum order quantity for flat pouches?
Digital printing starts from 100 pcs for pouches, or from 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts from 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new product, digital is usually the lower-risk route.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days; rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval. Courier and sea transit are additional. Tell us your target date and we will confirm the schedule.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on what you are packing. For oxygen or moisture sensitive items, foil or metallised laminates give the highest barrier. For recyclable packaging, choose PE or PP mono-material. For compostable, we have home and industrial compostable films. Send your product details and we will recommend.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We provide free stock samples; you cover the courier cost only. If you need a printed sample with your artwork, that is a paid sample order. Tell us the pouch size, material and closure you are considering.
