Sachets & stick packs are single-serve flexible packets for powders, granules, liquids and creams. They suit supplement doses, coffee and drink mixes, cosmetic samples and snack portions. Buyers usually have to choose three things: the barrier level the product needs, how the pack opens and closes, and the fill weight that sets the finished size. Material follows from those decisions: recyclable PE or PP mono-material, compostable film, kraft paper, or a foil and metallised laminate for sensitive fills. What is the minimum order quantity for custom sachets and stick packs?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a product, digital is usually the lower-risk route; tell us your fill weight and quantity and we will confirm which process fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, so the clock starts once you sign off the print file, not when you first send it.
How do I choose the right material for my product?
It depends on what you are filling. Powders and drink mixes often need a foil or metallised high-barrier laminate for shelf life. Dry, less sensitive products can run on recyclable PE or PP mono-material, compostable film or kraft paper. Send the product and we will recommend a structure.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample of your own artwork, tell us the fill weight and quantity so we can confirm the material and print route first.
