What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed snack bags?
Digital printing starts at 100 pouches or bags, and 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pouches or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new snack line, digital is the lower-risk route. Tell us your target quantity and we will confirm which process fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days; rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval. Add shipping time from our factory in Foshan, China. Air and sea are both available, and DDP is an option. We will give you a delivery estimate with your quote.
Which material should I choose for chips and snacks?
It depends on shelf-life needs. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material work for many dry snacks. Home and industrial compostable options are available. Kraft paper suits a natural look. Foil and metallised high-barrier laminates are the better choice for sensitive products like potato chips, where oxygen and moisture control matters most.
Can you print my artwork and add features like zippers or valves?
Yes. We offer digital short runs, rotogravure for volume, or a printed label on stock packaging. Extras include zippers, degassing valves, tear notches, hang holes, windows, matte, gloss or soft-touch finishes, foil stamping, and roll labels. Send your artwork file and we will confirm print requirements before production.
