Terms of trading

Quotations are valid for 30 days. Production starts after artwork approval and deposit. Lead times are quoted in working days and exclude shipping transit. Claims for defective goods must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. Ownership of artwork remains with the customer; print tooling remains with the factory.
