What is the minimum order quantity for printed cleaning and laundry pouches?
Digital printing starts from 100 pcs for pouches and 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts from 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new detergent or softener line, digital is usually the lower-risk route before committing to gravure.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, so the clock starts once you sign off the print file, not when you first send us the brief.
Which material should I choose for liquid detergent or fabric softener?
It depends on the formula. Fragrance, surfactants and shelf life all matter. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material works for many products; foil or metallised high-barrier laminates are sometimes the better choice for sensitive formulas. Tell us the product and target shelf life and we will recommend a structure.
Can I order unprinted pouches and apply my own labels?
Yes. We supply stock unprinted packaging and can also print roll labels or stickers. This suits short runs, seasonal variants and refill lines where the label changes but the pouch does not. Send the label size and quantity you need.
