The structure is PET/NY/RCPP at 120 micron: polyester on the outside for stiffness and print quality, nylon in the middle for puncture and flex resistance, and cast polypropylene on the inside for heat sealing and product contact. That combination blocks oxygen and moisture well enough to protect shampoos, lotions and gels through distribution and shelf life.
The format suits brands moving from rigid bottles to refill packs, and contract manufacturers filling on spouted-pouch lines. Fill through the spout, then seal and cap; the pouch stands on its own once filled. A spout and cap are standard here. A hang hole or carry handle helps retail display or larger sizes.
