What is the minimum order quantity for stand up pouches?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you need a short run, digital is usually the practical route. Tell us your quantity and we will confirm which method fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days. Rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval. If you have a fixed launch date, share it with us and we will tell you whether it is achievable before you commit.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on shelf life and barrier needs. Foil or metallised laminates give the highest barrier for sensitive products. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material, kraft paper, and compostable options are also available. Send us your product type and expected shelf life and we will recommend a material.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide free stock samples; you cover the courier cost only. If you need a printed sample, that follows the normal digital printing lead time. Tell us the pouch style, size and material you are considering so we send the closest stock match.
