This stand-up spouted pouch uses a PET/NY/RCPP laminate at 120 micron to hold liquids securely, suited to brands packing water, juice, milk or coffee.
This is a stand-up pouch with a spout and cap, built for liquids that need to be poured or dispensed. The factory laminates PET, NY and RCPP into a 120 micron film. PET gives a printable outer layer, NY adds puncture and flex resistance, and RCPP forms a heat-sealable food-contact layer. The structure also provides an oxygen and moisture barrier, so the contents keep their flavour and aroma during transport and shelf life. The pouch can be collapsed as it empties, which reduces storage volume and waste space.
These pouches are filled through the spout on automatic or semi-automatic lines, then sealed with a screw cap. They work for water, juice, milk, coffee and similar low-viscosity liquids. A one-way degassing valve is not typical here because the pack is for liquids, not roasted coffee. A zipper or window does not apply to this format. If you need a fully recyclable pack, a mono-material PE or PP structure is an option, but it will not match the barrier of a foil or metallised laminate. For longer shelf life with oxygen-sensitive drinks, the PET/NY/RCPP build remains the stronger choice.

With digital printing, the MOQ is from 100 pcs for pouches. If you need rotogravure printing, the MOQ rises to 10,000 pcs. The spout and cap are added during converting, so the MOQ applies to the finished pouch.
Can this pouch be filled on a standard liquid filling line?
Yes, the spout is designed for standard spout-filling equipment. You fill through the spout, then apply the cap. The 120 micron laminate holds its shape during filling, but you should confirm the spout diameter matches your filler head.
Is a recyclable version available?
Yes, the factory can produce a mono-material PE or PP structure for recyclability. However, that structure has lower oxygen and moisture barrier than the PET/NY/RCPP laminate. For long shelf life with sensitive liquids, the standard laminate is the better option.
