Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you need a short run first, digital is the lower-commitment route. Tell us your pack count and we will confirm which printing method fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days. Rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval. If you have a launch date, share it with your enquiry so we can flag whether the schedule allows for sampling or artwork rounds before production.
Which material should I choose for a powdered drink mix?
Powders that pick up moisture or contain vitamins usually need a foil or metallised high-barrier laminate. If recyclability is the priority, mono-material PE or PP is the alternative, but check the barrier requirement against your shelf life. Send us your product and expected storage conditions to confirm.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you cover the courier only. Samples let you check the material feel, closure and finish before committing to print. Tell us the pack format and fill weight you have in mind so we send the closest stock option.
