What is the minimum order quantity for beauty and personal care packaging?
Digital printing starts from 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or from 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts from 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. The right option depends on your run size and artwork. Tell us your product, fill weight and quantity and we will confirm which method fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days. Rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from order date. If you have a launch date, share it with your enquiry so we can confirm whether the schedule works before you commit.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on the product. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material suit many dry and semi-solid formats. Home and industrial compostable and kraft paper are options where those properties matter. Foil and metallised high-barrier laminates are sometimes the better choice for sensitive formulas. Send the product and fill weight and we will advise.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide free stock samples and you cover the courier only. Stock samples show material and finish options but not your printed artwork. If you need a printed proof, that is produced as part of the order after artwork approval. Tell us which formats and materials you want to see.
