This is a corner spout pouch built for liquids. The web is a three-layer laminate: PET on the outside for print durability, NY in the middle for puncture and flex resistance, and RCPP on the inside as a heat-sealable, liquid-contact layer. At 120 micron, the film is stiff enough to stand during filling and stable enough to resist flex cracking on the shelf. The structure gives moderate oxygen and moisture barrier, which suits detergent and softener chemistry but is not a high-barrier foil replacement.

Filling is through the spout before the cap is seated, so the pouch needs a spout-fit filling head and a sealing station that matches the cap type. The bottom seal and side seals are made on standard pouch lines. A corner spout keeps the pour point away from the main panel, which helps control flow when the bag is tipped. For aggressive solvents or long shelf life, a foil-containing laminate is the safer choice. A mono-PE recyclable structure is worth considering only if the barrier demand is low and the filling line can run at lower speeds. Zippers and windows do not apply here; the spout is the functional closure.
