What is the minimum order quantity for home, pet & garden packaging?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a new product, digital is usually the lower-risk route. Tell us your fill weight and run size and we will confirm which method fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days. Rotogravure takes 20-25 working days. Both counts start from artwork approval. Shipping from our factory in Foshan is by air or sea, and DDP is available. Add transit time to your planning, especially for sea freight.
Which material should I choose for pet treats or garden products?
It depends on what the product needs. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material suit dry goods where a simple barrier is enough. Compostable film is an option for home and industrial composting. Kraft paper gives a natural look. Foil and metallised laminates are sometimes the better choice for sensitive products, but they are not recyclable. Send us the product and we will recommend a structure.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. We provide free stock samples and you cover the courier only. Stock samples show the material and closure options, not your printed artwork. If you need a printed proof, that is part of the order process and we will confirm the steps once we have your artwork files.
