This pet food bag is built on a 140 micron PET/PE laminate. The outer PET layer gives stiffness and print protection, while the inner PE layer seals and blocks moisture. The structure resists tearing and keeps dry kibble, treats or powdered supplements stable through handling and storage. It is available as a flat bottom bag, side gusset bag or stand up pouch. Flat bottom bags stand upright on the shelf and hold their shape when partly empty. Side gusset bags give a wider fill opening for chunky kibble. Stand up pouches use less shelf depth and suit smaller pack sizes.

Filling is typically done on a vertical form-fill-seal line for rollstock or a pre-made pouch line for bags. The PE seal layer runs on standard heat-seal jaws. For pet food, a zipper supports resealing after opening, and a one-way degassing valve is not needed because dry pet food does not release gas. A window can show kibble or treat shape, but it removes part of the barrier area, so keep it small for long shelf life. A recyclable mono-PE structure is a better fit where kerbside collection exists and the product is dry with a short shelf life. A foil laminate still wins for high-fat kibble or long ambient storage because it blocks oxygen and light more effectively.
