What is the minimum order quantity for a first run?
Digital printing starts from 100 pcs for pouches and bags, and from 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts from 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a product, digital is usually the lower-risk route. Tell us your fill weight and quantity and we will confirm which option fits.
How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from the enquiry date. Courier and sea transit sit outside that. If you have a launch date, send it with your enquiry so we can flag whether the timing is realistic.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on what you pack. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material suit many dry goods. Compostable materials are for products where that claim matters to your buyer. Kraft paper gives a paper feel. Foil and metallised laminates are the better choice for sensitive products that need a high barrier. Send the product and we will recommend one.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample, that moves into a paid short run. Send your product details, fill weight and the format you are considering, and we will tell you what we can send and what it will cost.
