What is the minimum order quantity for coffee bags?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and bags, or 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are below those numbers, we can also print a label and apply it to stock unprinted packaging.
How do I choose between kraft paper, foil laminate and a recyclable mono-material?
Kraft paper suits short shelf life and a natural look. Foil or metallised laminates give the highest barrier for sensitive roasts. Recyclable PE and PP mono-materials work when recyclability is the priority. Tell us your roast date, shelf life target and whether the bag must be recyclable, and we will recommend one.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send free stock samples and you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample with your artwork, that runs as a small digital order. Tell us the format, material and closure you are considering so we send the closest match.
What is the lead time and how do you ship?
Digital printing takes 10-15 working days; rotogravure takes 20-25 working days, both counted from artwork approval. We ship worldwide by air and sea from our factory in Foshan, Guangdong, China. DDP is available. Confirm your delivery address and quantity for a shipping quote.
What types of custom packaging does Clover offer?
