How long does production take?
Digital printing runs 10-15 working days. Rotogravure runs 20-25 working days. Both are counted from artwork approval, not from the enquiry date. Courier and sea transit are additional. Tell us your in-hands date and we will confirm what is realistic.
Which material should I choose for coffee?
It depends on shelf life and how the bag will be stored. Foil and metallised laminates give the highest barrier against oxygen and moisture. Kraft paper suits a matte, natural look but offers less protection. Recyclable PE or PP mono-material and compostable options are available if end-of-life is a priority. Send your roast date and expected shelf life and we can advise.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free; you cover the courier only. If you need a printed sample with your artwork, that is a paid pre-production sample and the cost depends on the printing method and quantity. Send your artwork file and we will confirm.
