Custom Printed Shaped Pouches
Shaped pouches are stand-up pouches die-cut to a custom outline rather than a plain rectangle. They are used for coffee, snacks, supplements, cosmetics and small retail runs where the bag itself has to carry the branding. Buyers have to settle three things: the barrier level the product needs, how the bag closes, and the size and material that fit the fill weight and shelf. Material choice runs from recyclable PE and PP mono-material to kraft paper, compostable structures or foil and metallised laminates for sensitive goods. What is the minimum order for shaped pouches?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches and 10 kg for rollstock film. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs or 200 kg of film. If you are testing a design, digital is usually the lower-risk route; move to rotogravure once the artwork and volumes are settled.
How long does production take?
Digital printing is 10-15 working days and rotogravure is 20-25 working days, both counted from artwork approval. Add shipping time from Foshan by air or sea. If you have a launch date, tell us and we will say whether the schedule is realistic before you commit.
Which material should I choose for my product?
It depends on what you are packing. Recyclable PE and PP mono-material, kraft paper and compostable structures suit many dry goods. Foil and metallised laminates give higher barrier for sensitive products. Tell us the product, fill weight and shelf life and we will recommend one, not a list.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Stock samples are free and you cover the courier only. For a printed sample in your own shape and artwork, the cost depends on the printing method and quantity. Send the die-cut outline, material and size you have in mind so we can confirm what is possible.
