Custom Design Special Shaped Pouch Bag Flexible Packaging

This special shaped pouch is a flat bag built from a laminated structure of OPP, PET, aluminium foil and PE, with a total thickness of 100 micron. The aluminium layer provides an effective barrier against moisture, oxygen and light, which helps protect sensitive dry goods during storage and transport. The outer OPP and PET layers add stiffness and printability, while the inner PE layer allows heat sealing. The shape is fully customisable, so the bag can follow a distinctive outline rather than a standard rectangle.

These pouches suit roasted coffee, dried fruit, nuts, pet treats and similar products that need barrier protection and shelf appeal. They run on standard form-fill-seal lines or can be filled and sealed manually. A one-way degassing valve makes sense for whole bean coffee, while a zipper or tear notch improves reclosure and opening. A window is possible but requires removing the foil layer in that area, which reduces barrier. If recyclability is a priority, a mono-material PE or PP structure is a better choice, though it will not match the barrier of an aluminium laminate for long shelf life.
