Special Shape Stand Up Pouch Bag

This special shape stand up pouch is a free-form bag built from a 100 micron OPP/PET/aluminium/PE laminate. The OPP outer layer takes print and resists scuffing, the PET core adds stiffness, the aluminium foil blocks light and oxygen, and the PE inner layer seals and contacts the product. The result is a rigid, shelf-stable pack that protects sensitive fills from moisture, oxygen and UV. Thickness and material can be adjusted for specific barrier or cost targets.

Use it for coffee, dry snacks, pet treats or tea where a shaped silhouette stands out on shelf. Fill from the top on a standard vertical form-fill-seal line or by hand; the stand up base needs a clean fold before sealing. A one-way degassing valve suits roasted coffee, a zipper adds reclosability, and a window works if you accept a break in the foil layer. Choose a recyclable mono-PE structure when barrier demand is moderate and recycling matters; keep the foil laminate when oxygen and light protection are critical.
