Printed Fish Broth Soup Bag Spouted Stand-Up Barrier Pouches

This is a stand-up pouch with a spout, built from a four-layer laminate: OPP, PET, aluminium foil and PE. The total thickness is 140 micron, and it can be adjusted to suit your fill weight and barrier target. The aluminium layer blocks oxygen, light and moisture, which matters for fish broth because fats and proteins can oxidise and stale. The PE inner layer is the food-contact sealant, and the OPP outer layer carries the printed design and resists scuffing in transit. The pouch stands on its base, so it holds shape on shelf and during filling.

It is used for soup, sauce and juice, including fish broth, bone broth and concentrated stock. Filling runs through the spout, then the cap is torqued on; the bottom and side seams are heat-sealed on standard pouch lines. A spout suits liquid filling better than a zipper because it gives a controlled pour and reseals after opening. A one-way degassing valve is not normally needed here, since the pack is not holding a live roast. If you want a recyclable mono-PE structure, it removes the foil and cuts barrier life, so it suits shorter shelf life or chilled distribution rather than a long ambient one.
