This flat pouch is built from a matte film outer layer, a pure aluminum barrier layer and a PE inner layer, at 140 micron. The aluminum core blocks moisture, oxygen and light, which protects aroma and texture in dry goods. The matte finish gives a soft, non-reflective surface that holds print well. Thickness and material can be adjusted for different shelf-life targets.
It suits tea, coffee, snacks and dried fruit. The flat profile runs well on vertical form-fill-seal lines and takes a fin or lap seal. A tear notch helps opening; a zipper turns it into a resealable pack. A one-way degassing valve is only needed for roasted coffee. A window is possible, but it removes barrier area, so keep it small. If recyclability matters, a mono-PE structure can replace the foil laminate, but expect a shorter barrier life against oxygen and moisture.

Yes, the flat format is designed for VFFS lines. Send your film width, seal jaw dimensions and fill weight so the factory can confirm the roll orientation and seal zone. A short run on your line is recommended before full production.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time for custom printing?
Digital printing starts at 100 pcs for pouches, with 10-15 working days after artwork approval. Rotogravure starts at 10,000 pcs, with 20-25 working days. Both lead times assume print-ready files and no structural changes.
Is a one-way degassing valve suitable for all products?
No, the valve is mainly for roasted coffee that releases CO2. For tea, snacks or dried fruit, a valve adds cost and a potential leak path without benefit. If you pack coffee, place the valve on the front panel, away from the seal area.
