Powder Drink Mix Packet Beverage Packaging

This is a flat or three-side-seal pouch built for powdered drink mixes. The structure is PET/NY/RCPP at 120 micron: polyester on the outside for stiffness and print quality, nylon in the middle for puncture resistance, and cast polypropylene on the inside for heat sealing and product contact. The nylon layer also improves flex-crack resistance, so the pack survives handling and shipping without pinholes. The RCPP sealant gives a reliable closure on high-speed filling lines. This combination protects against moisture, oxygen, and light, keeping hygroscopic powders free-flowing and flavours intact.

These packets suit tea, coffee, and powdered beverage mixes. They run on vertical form-fill-seal machines and are sealed on three or four sides, depending on the format. A tear notch is common for easy opening; a zipper is not typical on single-serve sachets but can be added to larger stand-up versions. A window is possible but interrupts the barrier, so it is only for dry, short-shelf-life products. For recyclable mono-PE structures, barrier is lower than foil or metallised laminates, so they work for less sensitive powders but not for long-life oxygen-sensitive mixes. If you need high barrier, keep the PET/NY/RCPP or switch to a foil-containing laminate.
