This frozen food pouch is built from a PET/PE laminate at 140 micron. The structure gives a stiff, puncture-resistant pack that holds its shape in the freezer. PET provides stiffness and print surface, PE seals and blocks moisture. The material keeps frozen contents safe from freezer burn and moisture loss. It is not a high-barrier foil laminate, so it is not intended for long-term storage of oxygen-sensitive foods. The mono-material design is recyclable where PE streams are accepted.
The pouch suits frozen fruits, vegetables, ready meals, seafood and pet food. It runs on standard filling lines for flat bottom, side gusset and stand up formats. Sealing needs temperature and pressure control to avoid channel leaks. A zipper works for resealable packs, and a window shows the product. A valve is not typical here. Choose mono-PE when recyclability matters and the shelf life is short. Use a foil laminate when the product needs an oxygen barrier.
