Custom Beef Jerky Pouches Snack Packaging Bags​

This stand-up pouch is a laminated structure combining a matte outer film, a kraft paper layer and a PET/PE sealant web, running at 110 micron as standard. The kraft layer gives the pack a natural, tactile look on shelf. The PET film adds stiffness and print definition. The PE sealant provides the moisture and grease barrier that dried meat and oily snacks need, and it carries the heat-seal layer that closes the bag. Thickness is customizable if you need more puncture resistance or a different feel.

Use it for jerky, dried fruit, nuts and coffee. Fill by hand or on an automatic line; the flat base lets the pouch stand during filling. Seal temperature and dwell need checking against your product weight and any grease load, because jerky releases oil that can weaken a seal if the sealant layer is too thin. A zipper suits resealable jerky and trail mix. A one-way degassing valve is only relevant if you pack roasted coffee in the same format. A window works on the matte film side but not through the kraft paper layer. If you need full recyclability, a mono-material PE structure is the better route, but it gives up some oxygen barrier compared with a PET/PE laminate and is not the right choice for long shelf-life fatty foods.
