This stick pack is a narrow, single-serve sachet built from a three-ply laminate: PET for print and stiffness, NY for toughness, and RCPP as the food-contact sealing layer. The standard gauge is 120 micron, and both the size and thickness can be customized. The foil-free structure blocks moisture and oxygen well enough for hygroscopic and oxygen-sensitive fills, and the sealed edges resist flex cracking on high-speed filling lines.
Stick packs suit powders, liquids and gels in doses from a few grams to about 30 ml. They run on vertical form-fill-seal machines with a fin or lap seal, and the RCPP layer gives a reliable seal across a wide temperature window. A tear notch is standard; a hang hole or a small spout fit can be added for dispensing. For brands needing a recyclable mono-material, a mono-PE or mono-PP laminate is the better choice, but it will not match the barrier of this PET/NY/RCPP build against long shelf-life oxidation. Choose this structure when barrier and machine performance come first.
