Flat bottom gusseted pouch in matte film/PET aluminium/PE, 9x27+5cm to 13.5x41+7cm, for 227g–907g coffee, milk powder and soy milk.
This flat bottom gusseted pouch is built from a matte outer film, a PET aluminium barrier layer and a PE sealant. The aluminium layer blocks light, oxygen and moisture, which protects roast coffee, milk powder and soy milk powder from staling and clumping. The PE inner layer gives a strong heat seal and works on standard filling lines. Sizes run from 9*27+5cm to 13.5*41+7cm, all customizable, with white, black, brown, kraft paper or custom colours.
The flat base lets the filled bag stand unaided on a shelf and gives a wide front panel for print. Fill through the top opening, then heat seal; a zipper can be added for resealability. A one-way degassing valve suits whole bean coffee, releasing CO2 without letting oxygen in. A window works if you want product visibility, but it removes barrier area. A spout and cap turn it into a liquid or powder dispenser. For dry goods where recyclability is the priority, a mono-PE structure can replace the foil laminate, though it gives a shorter shelf life than an aluminium layer.
