Custom Flexible Packaging For Frozen Food Packaging Bag

This frozen food bag is built from a 140 micron PET/PE laminate. The PET outer layer gives stiffness and print quality; the PE sealant layer survives low temperatures and resists punctures from sharp frozen pieces. It blocks moisture and keeps freezer burn away from the contents. The thickness is customizable if your product needs a stiffer or more flexible film. Bag styles are flat bottom, side gusset and stand-up pouch. All three stand upright on the shelf and hold their shape in the freezer.

Use it for frozen vegetables, fruit, dumplings, seafood, ready meals and pet food. Filling runs on standard vertical form-fill-seal or premade pouch lines. Keep the seal area clean and cool before sealing; trapped frost or crumbs cause channel leaks. A zipper suits resealable retail packs; a hang hole or window works on flat bottom and stand-up formats. A spout is not typical here. PET/PE handles frozen storage well, but if you need a high oxygen barrier for oily fish or ready meals, a foil or metallised structure performs better. For recyclable mono-PE, expect a narrower sealing window and lower stiffness than this laminate.
