Digital Printing

Digital printing suits small runs and frequent artwork changes. It covers stand-up pouches, flat-bottom pouches, three-side-seal packs, side gusset bags, and rollstock film. Common structures include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, kraft paper laminates, mono-material PE and PP recyclable, and PLA/PBS compostable. These barriers protect coffee, snacks, pet food, tea, and contract-manufactured goods from moisture, oxygen, and light. Buyers with low MOQs, limited edition launches, or multiple SKUs choose digital. The trade-off: digital print runs are limited to 10-15 working days after artwork approval, but the cost per pouch is higher than rotogravure at high volumes.
