Pet Food Bags

Pet food bags need to hold up to grease, moisture and oxygen. This category covers flat bottom, stand up and side gusset pouches, plus rollstock film for form-fill-seal lines. Common structures are PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE for long shelf life, with mono-material PE or PP recyclable and PLA/PBS compostable options where a brand wants them. Add-ons include one-way degassing valves, zippers, tear notches, windows and carry handles. Rotogravure printing runs up to 10 colours; digital print starts at 100 pouches. The trade-off: high-barrier metallised or foil laminates protect best but are not recyclable in most kerbside systems. Pet food makers, contract manufacturers and private-label brands use these bags for kibble, treats and freeze-dried toppers.
