Spout Pouches

Spout pouches are flexible packs with a welded spout and cap, designed for liquids, semi-liquids, and squeezable products. They are typically made from high-barrier laminates such as PET/AL/PE or PET/NY/PE, with options for mono-material PE and PP recyclable or compostable PLA/PBS. The structure blocks oxygen, moisture, and light, while the spout provides controlled pouring and resealing. Common buyers include juice and beverage brands, baby food producers, sauce and condiment makers, and contract manufacturers. A trade-off is that spout pouches often require specialized filling equipment, which can add cost and complexity compared to standard pouches.
