Flat Pouches

Flat pouches are three-side-seal bags with no bottom gusset, so they lie flat and use less shelf space than stand-up formats. They are built from laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, kraft paper, mono-material PE or PP, and compostable PLA/PBS, depending on the barrier and recyclability you need. The sealed construction keeps moisture, oxygen, and light away from coffee, snacks, tea, pet treats, and dry ingredients. Buyers who want low tooling cost, compact retail display, or a simple single-serve pack choose this format. The trade-off is that flat pouches cannot stand unaided, so they need a tray, box, or hanging display. Digital printing starts at 100 pcs; rotogravure at 10,000 pcs.
