Stand Up Pouches

Stand-up pouches are self-supporting bags with a gusseted base that lets them sit upright on a shelf. They are built from laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, kraft paper, mono-material PE or PP, and compostable PLA/PBS. These structures block moisture, oxygen and light, which helps protect coffee, snacks, pet food and tea. Common add-ons include a zipper, one-way degassing valve, tear notch, window, spout and hang hole. Coffee roasters, snack brands, pet food makers and contract manufacturers choose stand-up pouches for retail presence and reclosability. One trade-off: the bottom gusset uses more film than a flat pouch, so material cost per unit is higher. Low MOQ starts at 100 pcs for digital print.
