Special Shaped Bags

Special shaped bags are custom die-cut pouches that move away from standard rectangular formats. They suit coffee, snacks, pet treats and tea where shelf presence matters. Structures include flat bottom, stand up and three-side-seal pouches cut to a shape, plus side gusset bags. Materials range from PET/AL/PE and PET/NY/PE to kraft paper laminates, mono-material PE and PP recyclable, and PLA/PBS compostable options. They block moisture, oxygen and light, and can include a one-way degassing valve, zipper, tear notch, window or hang hole. Buyers are brands wanting distinctive silhouettes. The trade-off is that custom shapes need dedicated dies, which raises the minimum order quantity and tooling cost compared with standard pouches.
