What types of custom packaging does Clover offer?
We produce the full range of flexible packaging: flat bottom pouches, stand up pouches, flat pouches, spout pouches, side gusset bags, rollstock film and special shaped bags — in recyclable, compostable and conventional laminates.
Can I get a prototype or sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Digital printed samples and physical prototypes are available so you can check material, barrier and finish before committing to a production run. Free stock samples ship within a few days.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the printing method: from 100 pcs for pouches and 10 kg for film with digital printing, and from 10,000 pcs / 200 kg with rotogravure printing.
How long does production and delivery take?
Digital printing runs typically ship in 10–15 working days after artwork approval; rotogravure orders take 20–25 working days. Ocean freight adds transit time depending on destination.
Do you offer compostable and recyclable materials?
Yes — PE recyclable, PP recyclable, home compostable, industrial compostable and degradable structures are all in production, with certifications such as BPI, DIN CERTCO, GRS and BRC available.
What do you need from me to quote a project?
Bag type, size, material/barrier requirement, print method, quantity, and any artwork you already have. If something is undecided we will recommend the most cost-effective option.
